Excellent experience, the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The hotel offers old world charm, clean rooms and large very comfy beds. My family and I were in Bay Ridge for a memorial service for a brother who had passed away. Staff members we’re aware and went out of their way to express their condolences. I highly recommend

I used to pass by without realizing it was a hotel. Surprisingly, Innoph, being a 2-star hotel, is amazing – even better than some 4-star hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and there's coffee and soap just around the corner

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a very convenient location to the subway and lobby is bright and clean. The rooms were quite clean as well.Overall, I think they make a good effort.

The elevator area unlike the lobby is a bit dark and is not secure, no key card required and anyone can go up to the hotel floors. I found that I bit odd and hope they examine this. The fridge in the room was super loud.

The location. Its pretty far travel way from Manhattan and that can be exhausting. Also as a girl you can't really go the subway during nights if you don't want to risk getting into trouble so you have to go by uber witch is expensive.

I like that it was pretty cheap and pretty good room for being 2,5 starts. Also free breakfast is a plus for me and it was not to bad either. For 2,5 starts I expected way worse but it was actually surprisingly good. I would say more 3,5 stars.

I've stayed at this hotel 5 times and have never had an issue. The rooms have always been clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again.

Do not stay there. Bedbugs are present, I was bitten. I have pictures, asked for a refund. No one apologized to me, gave me the runaround for almost 1 month. No respect for clients, manager is always unavailable. Much better places to stay in for less, and with no bed bugs or horrible customer service. DISGUSTED!
